You may return a product within 4 days from the day you receive the package for exchange or refund. Shipping is paid by the customer.
Package must be postmarked and received by our company no later than 14 days after purchase for exchange or refund.
Items must be returned with all original undamaged packaging, tags, and without any odor or stains.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that it was received.
Sale items cannot be returned and clearance items are final sale.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged: Swimwear, lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, makeup, accessories, gifts, baby shoes, art gallery products, art, and art photography.
Shipping fees and insurance fees are non-refundable.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNS
Simply send us an e-mail at email@example.com for returns.
We reserve the right to deny returns that have not been verified with us beforehand. We do not accept returned items without notifying us by email and providing us with the following information:

Please provide us with a delivery confirmation or tracking number.
An e-mail with instructions and return address will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. Allow up to 20 days to process your return. An email confirmation will be sent to you once your return has been fully processed.
Approved returns will be refunded on the original method of payment. Please allow 24-48 hours with Paypal and 15-20 business days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
If we receive a non-qualifying return item(s), we may charge you up to $15.00 for shipping to send the items back to you. Any item that is returned more than 14 days past the delivery date will not receive a refund.
